  • Eyes

  • Eyes

    Apply a small amount of oil to avoid friction. Using the curved edge of the mushroom gua sha, lightly sweep from the inner corners of the eyes towards the temples.

    The skin around the eye area is delicate and thinner than the skin on other parts of the face, it’s crucial to be extra gentle.

    Face

    Apply a facial oil to reduce friction and glide smoothly across the skin. Hold the mushroom with the rounded edge facing your skin. Begin at the center of your face and move outward in upward strokes. The key is gentle and consistent practice to experience the full benefits. Repeat each stroke 5-10 times. Rinse your tool before and after every use under running water.
